In order to implement the “Concept for the Development of the Digital Economy in Turkmenistan for 2019-2025” and the “State Program for the Development of the Digital Economy in Turkmenistan for 2021-2025,” the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, as part of the phased introduction of modern digital solutions aimed at increasing the transparency, accessibility, and efficiency of the services provided, has launched a new customer system called “My Account.”

The system offers the following features:

• registration;
• a control panel for quick viewing of the status of contracts, settlements, financial control, and notifications;
• account management, updating contact details, setting up notification channels and security settings.

In this regard, the Exchange plans to hold an introductory training seminar on how to use the “My Account” system effectively and answer any questions that may arise. Date: October 15, 2025 Time: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
