In the days leading up to Holy Gurbani Bayram, the residents of Balkan Velayat witnessed a joyful event. The President's visit to Balkan Velayat, meeting with grain farmers, and the presentation of 200 new, modern cars by "Turkmenavtoulag" agency to "Balkanavtoulag" production association as a gift became unforgettable events.

As reported in the "Turkmenistan" newspaper, a musical ceremony was held at the car park in Balkanabat on the occasion of the arrival of modern cars. Our national traditions were observed at the ceremony of welcoming the new vehicles. The award-winning elders, silver-haired mothers, employees of industrial unions, representatives of public organizations and political parties expressed their heartfelt applause to the President of the Republic of Turkmenistan for his tireless efforts to significantly improve the living conditions of our people. Enthusiastic performances of regional art masters, folklore-dance groups, and students stirred the proud hearts of those who came here. The new Japanese-made vehicles are Toyota Coaster medium-class buses and Toyota Hiace small-class buses. New transport services began to serve passengers on inter-city and inter-city routes, as well as villages located at various distances from the cities, which are district centers. The drivers of the new cars carrying the first passengers to their respective stations were wished a white road. - During the time that has passed since the modern parking lot of the production association was put into operation, buses and taxis have been running regularly. The arrival of 200 new cars that fully meet modern standards as a gift of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to our union caused special gratitude among the residents of our province. We welcomed these modern vehicles manufactured in 2023 to our passenger car park with great pride. Our compatriots, who were the first passengers of the vehicles, say that comfort was provided for them, that all favorable conditions were created - said Dovrangeldi Allayarov, chief engineer of "Balkanavtoulag" production association.
