I heartily congratulate you on the anniversary of the opening of Arkadag, the only "smart" city in the country and the region. The city of Arkadag is an architectural work born from the sharp talent and wisdom of our Hero Arkadag, and it symbolizes the economic prosperity of the independent and permanent neutral state, its great potential, the happy and free life of our people, and the bright future of our young generations. I strongly believe that the grand celebration of the one-year anniversary of the opening of the city of Arkadag will strengthen our unity and integrity during the Renaissance of the new era of the Stable State, and will increase our pride in our great achievements.

The city of Arkadag, built in the beautiful corner of Kopetdag, is a "smart" city based on innovative technologies, digital systems, advanced information and communication technologies. Here, special importance is given to ecological well-being, human interaction with nature. This is a clear proof of the fact that the city of Arkadag has joined the project "Development of sustainable, green, climate-friendly cities with innovative solutions in the region of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe". In the new city, living, working and recreation systems were provided at an advanced level. The city of Arkadag, based on the "smart" city concept, includes office and residential facilities, more comfortable residential buildings, branches of ministries, departmental administrations, banks, and many other important buildings. The city has a multi-modal road infrastructure that meets international standards. Wide avenues and streets are equipped with modern lighting, video surveillance and control systems. City electric buses, electric taxis, "smart" parking lots, information and communication technologies provide high-quality and cultured services to the public.

Dear citizens!

With the construction of Arkadag city, thousands of our compatriots were provided with new jobs and apartments with all amenities. State support of every person and family in the country is the main principle of our policy. These intensive works and large projects are aimed at the benefit of our people. The city of Arkadag is also a city built on the basis of such noble goals and traditions as a result of the initiatives of our National Leader. It is worth noting that the city has the special legal status of a city of state importance under the law. 5-, 7- and 9-story multi-family residential buildings, two-story cottages built on the basis of "smart" home technologies form a beautiful architectural image of the city. In them, the use of intelligent home management systems, advanced technologies, and digital technologies ensures that residents live in advanced, modern conditions.

The image of the new city combines the best traditions of national architecture and innovative decorative features. Here, integrated supply systems create comfortable living conditions for urban residents. "The state is for people!" the main principle is reflected.
