In the era of the Renaissance of a new era of a powerful state, the year of “The Fount of the Mind of Magtymguly Fragi” presents significant events. In the historic year when the International Organization of Turkish Culture (TÜRKSOÝ) declared the city of Anau the “Cultural Capital of the Turkic World”, a new book by Arkadagly Hero Serdar “Anau - Culture from the Depths of Millennia” was published, which gave rise to a feeling of endless gratitude in our happy people.

On April 12, 2024, the “Turkmendenizderyayollary” agency, together with the maritime secondary vocational school of the city of Turkmenbashi, held a presentation of the book Arkadagly by Hero Serdar.
