The agency "Turkmenatragsat" provides great support for the training of high-level specialists for the digital economy of Turkmenistan. The main part of this program was the establishment of the economic society "Digital solution - IT field" at the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan.

This innovative educational space is intended to train specialists in information technologies, telecommunications, digital systems and other related fields, which are necessary for the successful implementation of the country's Digital Economy Development Concept by 2025.

Within the framework of this program, leading IT companies, entrepreneurs and talented citizens are given the opportunity to become members of this community and participate in various projects. "Digital solution - IT field" offers a wide range of services, including software development, computer systems management, website creation and implementation of electronic document circulation.

Special attention is paid to training the younger generation. For children aged 5-14, classes are held in the "Introductory Robotics" setting, while for teenagers, short-term courses in computer literacy and programming are held.

The agency also organizes a competition of innovative projects called "Digital solution" throughout the year in order to reveal the talented side of the youth and introduce their developed projects into various areas of the country's life.
