Officials welcomed the Turkmen leader at Ashgabat International Airport. Consistently implementing a foreign policy based on the principles of positive neutrality and peace-loving, Turkmenistan advocates the development of multifaceted effective cooperation at the regional and global levels. In this regard, the traditional relations with the Central Asian countries have a classical character. According to the message of TDH, the peoples of these countries and the Turkmen people are united by common cultural and spiritual values, friendship and good neighborly relations formed throughout history.
