A delegation of the State Corporation "Chinese Railways" headed by General Director Qian Ming visited the Turkmenbashy International Seaport on a working visit, reports the website of the Agency of Maritime and River Transport of Turkmenistan.

The visit was aimed at getting acquainted with the capabilities and development of one of the key transport hubs of the country.

The guests studied in detail the infrastructure of the port, its technical equipment and promising areas of development. Particular attention was paid to the ferry terminal, the routes served and the potential for expanding ferry services.

Representatives of the Turkmenbashy port demonstrated to the delegation all the logistics capabilities of the complex. Following the visit, the parties expressed interest in developing mutually beneficial cooperation. Chinese colleagues highly appreciated the favorable geographical location of the port, its modern infrastructure and significant potential for further growth.
