Today, the capital of Turkmenistan hosted the grand opening of a complex of new buildings of the Berdimuhamed Annayev Specialized Military School, which is part of the Ministry of Defense of Turkmenistan.

The grand opening ceremony was attended by the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, General of the Army Serdar Berdimuhamedov, TDH reports.

Turkmenistan, having proclaimed positive neutrality, peacefulness, good neighborliness and constructive cooperation as key principles of state policy, is implementing a Military Doctrine of a purely defensive nature, designed to ensure the security of the country, the high defense capability of the national army, which acts as a guarantor of a peaceful and prosperous life for the people.

The comprehensive measures being implemented in the country to modernize the Armed Forces are aimed at these goals.
