The International Relations Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Ashgabat City Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, and the editorial office of the "World Literature" magazine jointly organized the creative competition "World languages ​​- a bridge of friendship and brotherhood" among students of higher education institutions on the occasion of the Day of Diplomatic Staff of Turkmenistan. done

Young translators can translate a part of short stories, poems or poems of world-famous writers-poets (not less than 7-8 pages) into the Turkmen language and submit it to the competition by January 10, 2025. It is imperative that the meaning of the works selected for translation should correspond to the modern national-spiritual principles and moral values ​​of the Turkmen people. Translations of works that have already been translated (published in a press or published as a book) are not accepted.

The participants of the competition presented their works with the inscription "Languages ​​of the world - a bridge of friendship and brotherhood" and sent their personal information (certificate, passport copy, 3x4 photo, exact address of the place of residence, phone numbers) to dunyaedebiyaty@sanly.tm of the "World Literature" magazine. can be forwarded to the email address.

The results of the competition will be gathered in February 2025 on the occasion of the Day of Diplomatic Staff of Turkmenistan. Students up to the age of 35 can participate in the competition.
