The economic society Saýaly Menzil will construct the administrative center of the medical cluster in the city of Arkadag, reported the founder of the company, Ashyrmyrat Kulyyev, in an interview with the newspaper Turkmenistan.

The company's builders have already begun constructing three five-story residential buildings with 30 apartments, three five-story buildings with 40 apartments, and a kindergarten for 320 children, all commissioned by the same State Committee, Kulyyev said.

Previously, the State Committee entrusted the company with constructing the first phase of the city: two five-story buildings with 30 apartments and two buildings with 40 apartments, which they have already put into operation.

On January 11, 2025, the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, signed a Resolution "On the Construction of the First Phase of the Medical Cluster in the City of Arkadag." According to the document, construction work will begin in January 2025, with completion and commissioning planned for January 2027.
