2024: Turkmenistan and China Trade Turnover Reached $10.6 Billion

The trade turnover between Turkmenistan and China in 2024 amounted to 10.6 billion US dollars.

This figure is 11% higher compared to 2023, as reported on Tuesday by the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.

Overall, the trade turnover between China and Central Asian countries totaled 94.8 billion US dollars.

The main part of Turkmenistan's exports to China is natural gas, which is supplied via pipelines.
