As part of the development of Russian-Turkmen cooperation in the field of education, about 500 copies of teaching aids and popular science literature in Russian were donated to the Maritime Secondary Vocational School of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.

The head of the consular office of the Russian Embassy in Turkmenbashi, Mergen Dzhevakov, took part in the solemn ceremony of handing over the educational materials.

As noted, in November 2024, the Russian side also donated fiction and specialized literature in Russian to universities in Ashgabat and Turkmenabad.
