Turkmenistan will present its investment opportunities at the Turkmen Energy Investment Forum (TEIF 2025), set to take place on April 23–24 in Kuala Lumpur. The event is expected to be a major platform for discussions on energy, sustainable development, and international cooperation.
Pre-forum sessions, launching ahead of the official opening, will focus on key issues such as the use of artificial intelligence in the oil and gas sector, according to the organizers.
The first session, held in collaboration with the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Kuala Lumpur Section, will bring together participants from PETRONAS, Ad Terra Asia, and the Scientific Research Institute of Natural Gas of the Turkmengaz State Concern.
Topics will include AI-driven automation in drilling, reservoir monitoring, and predictive analytics for logistics and emissions management.
The second session will explore educational exchange and sustainable tourism initiatives between Turkmenistan and Malaysia.
The main forum agenda will gather top business and political leaders from Central and Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and international organizations. Discussions will cover natural gas processing, hydrogen technologies, digital transformation in the energy sector, and the implementation of major infrastructure projects.
TEIF 2025 aims to serve as a strategic platform for boosting international collaboration and attracting foreign investment into key regional development initiatives.
