Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, met with Martin Bouygues, Chairman of the French industrial group Bouygues in Paris, as reported by Turkmenistan’s state news agency on Tuesday.

During the meeting, both sides highlighted Turkmenistan’s attractive investment environment and discussed prospects for future cooperation, with Bouygues reaffirming its interest in expanding its presence in the country.

Martin Bouygues also acknowledged the valuable guidance provided by Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in the successful implementation of key projects.

National Leader of the Turkmen people reaffirmed Turkmenistan’s appreciation for Bouygues’ contribution to infrastructure development and educational initiatives, including the construction of a French-language school in the country.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the head of Bouygues wished Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov a successful visit to the French Republic.

Later that day, National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also took part in the Turkmen-French Economic Forum, held at the InterContinental Paris – Le Grand.
